1-2 working days from when we receive your scan by email. Most single-page documents (birth certificate, marriage certificate, DBS certificate) are completed within 1 working day.
Your completed translation is delivered to you by email as a PDF.
When an apostille on the original is also required, additional time is needed for the apostille process via 1Apostille.org.uk. Standard apostille turnaround is typically 3-5 working days, with same-day and next-day options available at additional cost.
The original document will need to be posted to us. Allow additional time for postage.
For multi-page documents such as academic transcripts, turnaround may be slightly longer. We will confirm the expected turnaround when you place your order.
